Shipping Policy

Each of our pieces is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our process, please allow a few business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and for quality and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. This allows us to review and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
